Evening Under the Stars
On February 23, starting at 6 pm with a cocktail reception and followed by a 7:30 pm dinner on the eve of the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, Terrazas de Los Andes presents an Evening Under the Stars with Francis Mallmann. Celebrated gaucho grillmaster and Terrazas de Los Andes Brand Ambassador Dino Altomare will host the night, which includes a welcome reception and family-style four-course dinner of succulent flame-cooked dishes at Los Fuegos paired with exclusive Terrazas de Los Andes wines. Tickets are available for $195 per person.
With the South Beach Wine & Food Festival taking place at the end of February, it’s an exciting time for our monthly culinary series Chef Collective. This month, Faena has chosen prominent Miami-based Chef Michael Pirolo to collaborate on a menu with Pao’s Chef Paul Qui on February 22. Pirolo is the chef owner of Macchialina, a South Beach trattoria with rustic yet sophisticated Italian fare that’s been praised by critics and spawned a loyal following of locals and in-the-know travelers.
