Faena.com has not and will not ever sell, give, hire or transfer in any way,
any details of any customer that has purchased from us. All details that were
provided to us or the third-party online store are forwarded to us and stored in
a secure database. We currently use

The email address
is used to send details of the purchase you have made. Any requests for
replacement registration code also use the name & email address from the database.
At fairly infrequent times a newsletter may be mailed to all customers, but you
may choose to opt-out of these if you wish.
Faena.com may at any time change the Privacy Statement, except for the clause
with regard to Use by third parties. We will never sell or give away your email
address now, or at any time in the future.

software must accept this disclaimer of warranty:

Faena software.
All title and
copyrights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images,
photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and applets, incorporated
into the Software), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the
Software, are owned by Faena.com. The Software is
protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you
must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material except that you may
either (a) make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes,
or (b) install the Software on a single computer provided you keep the original
solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the printed materials
accompanying the Software.
Software License
The Software is
protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as
other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not
sold.
Systems Software.
You may install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer.
Storage/Network Use.
You may also store or install a copy of the Software on a storage device, such
as a network server, used only to install or run the Software on your other
computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire enough number of
licenses all the computers on which the Software is run from the storage
device.
Limitations on Modification, Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You
may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or
create derivative works based upon the Software, except and only to the extent
that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this
limitation.
Separation of Components. The
Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be
separated for use on more than one computer. You may not remove any proprietary
notices or labels on or in the Software.
Rental. You may
not rent or lease the Software.
Termination.
Without prejudice to any other rights, Faena.com may terminate this
EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such
event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component
parts.
