Hatha Yoga & Meditation
One of the most widely practiced forms of yoga in the United States, Hatha is a distinct branch of yoga that concentrates on physical health and mental well-being, using bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
These intimate, 60-minute classes are held daily from 10:00 am to 11:00am.

- Priced at $25 per guest, per class. Class packages priced at 250 per guest for one (1) month of unlimited classes.
- Class times may vary between 1 hour, 15 min and 1 hour, 30 min.
- Private sessions also available.
- Space is limited and pre-registration encouraged.
