In keeping with Faena’s commitment to delivering unparalleled offerings and experiences, Faena Theater is excited to announce its latest musical installment with monthly concerts featuring powerhouse jazz ensemble band, The John Daversa Big Band now through July.
With enthusiasm and vigor, The John Daversa Big Band is pushing the boundaries when it comes to jazz concerts. Guests will experience all the sensations of music from, smooth, mellow tunes to intense emotion and upbeat melodies entrancing the audience to feel the pulse and rhythm jazz.
As a multi-grammy award winning trumpeter, Electronic Valve Instrument player, arranger, composer, producer, and more, Daversa is dedicated to performing the best in jazz full of energy creating a lively upbeat atmosphere alongside his multi-Grammy award winning ensemble, who will perform original music from several albums including Junk Wagon: The Big Band Album, Kaleidoscope Eyes: Music of The Beatles, and American Dreamers: Voices of Hope; Music of Freedom, and of course, new music written specifically for Faena!
