World renowned for his passionate spirit, rustic ingredients and open-flame culinary techniques, Chef Mallmann will delight guests with slow-cooked specialties like hanging bone-in rib-eye, fresh whole branzino and local snapper, vegetables ‘rescoldo,’ Mallmann’s signature eggplant milanese and a sweet ‘panqueque’ de dulce de leche with roasted pineapple for dessert.
The incandescent chef behind Faena’s Los Fuegos restaurant will transform these ordinary ingredients into extraordinary dishes over his signature 6-foot wire dome, using fire and traditional Patagonian methods until they’re smoky, succulent and tender.
Guests of this intimate experience will also enjoy live music and curated beverage pairings, including Faena’s small-batch Malbec and Torrontes wines from the hills of Mendoza, Argentina.
