“Forest and Trees” is a game of sound and image algorithms that gradually come together to become music. Twelve digital photo frames play sound effects through their individual internal speakers, with each frame of animation adding its rhythm to the next.
All of them are intertwined in a sort of intimate dance, perhaps somewhat like the secret dance of forest trees. Keita Onishi is the artist behind this installation, which will be exhibited at the Tokyo’s Museum of Contemporary Art.
