Recipe: Prepare a Nebula Cocktail

Enchant

This fluorescent drink looks like a liquid Aurora Borealis is ideal for a magical house party.

The importance of aesthetics on degustation and taste takes on a new dimension with this nebula cocktail ––A star-factory inside a glass. Playing with the idea behind the famous jungle juice, The Campus Companion has created this drink that glows in the dark ––a bit of cosmic mixology (or flirtology) for a festive night.

The key to this recipe is the tonic water, which contains quinine and glow under black light. The drink’s texture is reminiscent of a mix between a mojito and the pulpy, tropical fruit maracuya.

What you need:

2 liters Gin or Vodka
9 Liters Tonic Water
3-4 Bottles Roses Mojito Passion, OR 3-4 Canisters of Pink-Lemonade Concentrate
Ice

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together shortly before the party begins.
Add ice as late as possible before drinking.
