Founder James Gardner has assembled a dynamic group of high-caliber talent like consulting chef at large Mads Refslund, co-founder of Noma in Copenhagen, consulting beverage director Jeremy Strawn owner of Mulberry Project and formerly of Death & Co.
Guests can expect the same level of sultry sophistication at Casa Faena: think a modern take on Mexican and Mayan fare and a cocktail menu composed of refreshing tropical libations with an emphasis on Mexican spirits and fresh seasonal ingredients.
