Known for its chic gathering spots in Tulum and New York City, Grupo Gitano is a fan-favorite of the fashionable and flamboyant. Casa Faena proved itself to be a seamless fit for the brand’s defining elements: tropical oasis, Mexican flavors and well-heeled clientele.

Founder James Gardner has assembled a dynamic group of high-caliber talent like consulting chef at large Mads Refslund, co-founder of Noma in Copenhagen, consulting beverage director Jeremy Strawn owner of Mulberry Project and formerly of Death & Co.

Guests can expect the same level of sultry sophistication at Casa Faena: think a modern take on Mexican and Mayan fare and a cocktail menu composed of refreshing tropical libations with an emphasis on Mexican spirits and fresh seasonal ingredients.
