Debuting in May, the weekly buffet-style brunch will feature a jaw-dropping selection of colorful salads and vegetables, oven-baked breads and empanadas, an array of fresh-from-the-sea fish, sizzling prime cuts and seared “plancha” dishes. Guests can also enjoy their choice of bottomless mimosas, bloody Mary and sangria pitchers to wash it all down, as well as cushy complimentary chaise lounges with butler service at Faena Beach, so you can laze the day away with your favorite people. All week long, however, there are new gastronomic treasures to enjoy, including the South Beach Scramble for breakfast, featuring local crab and chimichurri, a grilled whole-fish ‘Parrillada’ for lunch, and an evening entrée of beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon-charred onion petals and slathered in Los Fuegos‘ signature criolla sauce.
