We recommend reserving your treatment in advance to ensure your preferred date and time are available.
Our Spa Reception team is delighted to assist in curating a personalized wellness journey tailored to your individual needs and intentions.
Hotel guests may dial 5070 from their in-room telephone or select the Spa icon on their in-room iPad. Guests visiting from outside the hotel are welcome to reserve online or contact Tierra Santa Healing House directly at +1 (332) 286-0170.

Arrival & Thermal Sanctuary
Your journey begins before your treatment.
We invite you to arrive 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in, unwind, and enjoy the Thermal Sanctuary before your service.
Move through the Hammam, thermal pools, saunas, hydrotherapy experiences, and relaxation spaces at your own pace, allowing the body and mind to transition into a state of restoration and presence.
Hotel guests are welcome to arrive in the robe and slippers provided in their guest room. For your comfort and peace of mind, we recommend leaving valuables secured in your in-room safe.
Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

Health & Wellbeing
Your comfort, safety, and wellbeing are our highest priority.
We kindly ask guests to inform our team of any pregnancy, medical conditions, injuries, sensitivities, or allergies when reserving treatments or enjoying the spa facilities.
To ensure a personalized experience, all guests are asked to complete a confidential wellness questionnaire prior to arrival. A link will be included within your spa confirmation.

Spa Etiquette
Tierra Santa Healing House is a sanctuary devoted to restoration, presence, and tranquility.
To preserve this peaceful environment, we kindly ask guests to respect the privacy and relaxation of others throughout their visit.
The spa is a smoke-free and device-free environment. Mobile phones, photography, and video recording are not permitted within the facilities.
Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a personal locker, luxurious robe, slippers, towels, and spa amenities for use during their visit.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to access spa facilities and treatments.

Thermal Sanctuary Access
Guests of Faena New York are invited to enjoy complimentary access to the Thermal Sanctuary with a prior reservation. Access is subject to availability to ensure a serene and elevated experience for all guests.
Guests receiving spa treatments also enjoy access to the Thermal Sanctuary as part of their wellness journey.
As the Thermal Sanctuary is a shared co-ed environment, bathing suits are required at all times. We encourage guests to leave technology behind and fully immerse themselves in the restorative experience.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full value of the reserved service.
Rescheduled appointments remain subject to availability.

Pricing & Gratuity
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable New York State and New York City taxes.
For your convenience, a recommended 20% service charge will be added to each treatment and distributed directly to your therapist as gratuity.
Please note that weekend pricing may vary on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
