More than a hundred years ago, this building became one of the first large mills in Argentina,
producing a thousand tons of milling wheat per day. Originally built in 1908, the restored Los Molinos Building respects the area’s busy past while looking to the future with floor-to-ceiling windows and bright views to the city and the river.
Public Art
Los Molinos Building has a public promenade, which connects the avenues on both sides of the property; it boasts the historical architecture of the north and south mills and the modern style of the upper construction. The passage leads to an important archway, exhibiting one of the most significant artworks available to the public: the murals 0824 and 0810 painted by the renowned Argentine artist, Pablo Siquier.

Residences
The residences at Molinos Building are filled with natural light that shines through double heigh “cristal train” windows running all along the units. The building”s ground floor features a wrapping colonade that houses restaurants, cafés, and retail shops that brings life to the neighborhood.
