An evening by candlelight awaits at Campo. Set to the sounds of live music, guests are invited to enjoy a thoughtfully curated three-course prix fixe menu inspired by The Elements of Nature, celebrating bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and shared moments.
Begin with grilled local oysters finished with Champagne beurre blanc, or a Brussels sprouts sope layered with smoked gouda and miso butter. For the main course, enjoy branzino in green leaf with kaffir and Thai basil, and beef short rib birria with ancho chile and a handmade corn tortilla. The evening concludes on a sweet note with a decadent chocolate cazuela, layered with dulce de leche and spiced sugar.
