Begin with an elegant amuse-bouche—Bluefin Tuna Tartare on a crisp wonton tart—paired with a Yuzu Highball to awaken the senses. The journey continues with dishes like A5 Wagyu Tartare with cured yolk and shoyu, and Shabu-style Wagyu in delicate dashi, each matched to a carefully selected pour—from Yamazaki 12 to a sesame-washed Japanese Old Fashioned.

Savor house made Wagyu Dumplings, charcoal-grilled Wagyu Striploin with brown butter lobster, and a decadent Wagyu Fat-Washed Dessert featuring truffle, vanilla, and Hakushu 18. End on a sweet note with a Whiskey Wagyu Toffee to take home.
