A bespoke therapeutic massage using tailored essential oil blends aligned to specific times of day to support one’s own circadian rhythm.  This internal body clock that regulates natural body functions like the wake-sleep cycle can be disrupted with daily life factors.  Using Swedish techniques combined with time focused healing blends, this overall wellbeing treatment will restore balance to the mind, body and spirit and leave you restored and rejuvenated. Guests of this treatment have access to Group Yoga class at 8:00 am. If unable to attend the day of treatment, another day can be scheduled.
